• All specials shown here can only be used if mentioned at the time the booking is made.
   
• Some of the specials have a special notation that the special requires payment in cash or check.
   
• Specials or discounted rates are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made online, please e-mail or telephone the innkeepers at 1-800-324-7120 or 575-776-5826 or cottonwoodinn@gmail.com immediately about the discount.
   
• Discounts are not retroactive for existing reservations.
   
• Specials or discounted rates may not be combined with any other offers.
   
• Changes in reservation dates or the length of reservation may eliminate discounts applied to the original reservation.
   
• Specials or discounted rates are not commissionable.
   
• Please note that the Cottonwood Bed and Breakfast refund policy ONLY applies to our rooms. If a guest books a package, they are solely responsible for any other extraneous charges, such as, but not limited to: deposits, tickets, reservations, services.
   
• All package bookings will be charged the following percentages at the time of booking: 50% of room amount, including tax, and 100% of ticket or activity expenses.
   
• The Cottonwood Bed and Breakfast does raise room rates by $10/night during holiday periods such as Christmas, New Years, Spring Break and other holiday weekends. Usual discounts and special rates do apply.
